Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the daily accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Manage the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to support financial planning and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory reporting requirements, and internal financial policies.
Coordinate internal and external audits, providing required financial records and resolving audit findings.
Review and approve accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense transactions.
Strengthen internal controls, identify financial risks, and recommend process improvements.
Supervise, mentor, and review the work of accounting staff to ensure high-quality financial reporting.
Provide financial analysis and management reports to support strategic business decisions.
