* Willingness to learn new tools and workflows, including platforms such as Klaviyo.
* Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions promptly.
* Able to work effectively in a performance-driven environment.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design engaging email campaigns and newsletters.
Create branded, mobile-responsive email templates.
Develop graphics, banners, and visual content.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams.
Maintain brand consistency across campaigns.
