Responsibilities:

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
* Master's degree (MBA/MSc) is an advantage
* ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent certification (strongly preferred)
* 15–20 years of progressive finance experience with 7–10 years in senior financial leadership roles
* Experience in corporate finance, treasury, accounting, FP&A, and financial governance
* Experience in energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, financial services, or multinational environments is preferred
* Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and analytics platforms
* TÜV Functional Safety Engineer certification is an added advantage

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and implement the group's financial strategy
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
* Oversee financial reporting and IFRS-compliant statements
* Manage treasury, cash flow, capital allocation, and FX exposure
* Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and risk management
* Engage with bankers, auditors, investors, and regulators

Qualifications :

Degree , MBA
