Responsibilities:

Client representative on projects and managing project coordinators and in-house project managers
• Lead and manage projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring that all project objectives are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budget estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and milestones.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback, conducting post-project reviews, and implementing lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget. 

Skills Required :

Proven experience in project management, site construction management, Strong understanding of construction tools, machinery methodologies and methodologies, Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
