- Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and revenue growth
Plan, create, and manage high-quality content across social media, web, and advertising platforms
Lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.) for maximum ROI
Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across all platforms
Create and oversee content calendars, campaign schedules, and publishing plans
Analyze performance metrics and generate data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Coordinate and develop multimedia marketing materials for promotions and campaigns
Drive SEO and organic growth strategies to improve search visibility
Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns and digital activations
Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and digital agencies
Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.
Requirements, Skills & Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
4–6 years proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within advertising, media, or e-commerce
Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including:
SEO & SEM
Google Ads & Analytics
Social Media Advertising (Meta, Instagram, etc.)
Email & Mobile Marketing
Demonstrated ability in content creation (graphics, copy, and campaign storytelling)
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital trends, and audience targeting
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and basic web technologies (HTML/CSS) is an added advantage
Experience managing social media platforms and content strategies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret web metrics and campaign performance data
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively
