Responsibilities:

A Human Resource Manager is required to lead people strategy, drive performance systems, and oversee end-to-end HR operations while aligning workforce initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs/OKRs)
* Lead People & Culture strategy aligned with business goals
* Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee relations
* Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
* Drive talent management and development initiatives
* Manage employee engagement, wellbeing, and internal communications
* Develop and enforce HR policies, processes, and SOPs
* Provide advisory support on employee relations and conflict resolution
* Oversee administrative and operational efficiency
* Track and report HR metrics for data-driven decision-making
