Previous regional or international airline exposure is highly advantageous.
Strong track record in driving operational results, team leadership, and large-scale communication.
* Direct passenger and aircraft handling operations on shift, strictly adhering to safety, security, and regulatory standards.
* Deliver key operational objectives across safety, customer service, on-time performance (OTP), and station disruption planning.
* Oversee VIP/MAAS, PRM, and special category guest requirements and airport ancillary sales performance.
* Maintain station emergency response, diversion/delay handling, and business continuity protocols.
* Serve as the Local Security Contact Officer and lead local operational teams. - Skills Required :
