* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
* 2–4 years' experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Technical Support, or a related role
* Experience working with software development teams and Agile methodologies is an advantage
* Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and product management principles
