- Key Accountabilities
* Oversee total project execution from mobilization through pre-commissioning, start-up, and client handover.
* Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and heavy equipment while driving continuous operational improvement.
* Manage complex operational risks and establish strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
* Deliver EPCIA projects within budget and schedule, optimize resource utilization, and maintain exceptional client satisfaction.
