* Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail or related role
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable using POS and inventory software
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Honest, reliable and proactive
* Ability to work with minimal supervision

- * Attend to customers and drive in-store sales
* Process, pack and dispatch orders
* Handle customer enquiries professionally
* Process payments and reconcile daily sales
* Maintain sales, order and inventory records
* Receive, arrange and monitor stock
* Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies
* Prepare basic sales and inventory reports
* Keep the store clean and organized
