Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships
Identify sales opportunities and close deals
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
Present, promote, and sell products or services to customers
Develop and maintain a strong customer database
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Follow up on inquiries and maintain communication with clients
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to support business goals
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments
Build long-term partnerships with new and existing customers
Attend meetings, trade shows, and sales events when required
Create and implement sales strategies to increase market reach
Monitor customer feedback to improve products and services.
