Plans and manages employee training and development programs to enhance skills, performance, and productivity.
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR roles
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or so
Experience identifying training needs and delivering learning programs
Ability to coordinate onboarding and staff development initiatives

- Design and implement employee training and development programs
Conduct training needs assessments across departments
Develop learning materials, modules, and training manuals
Organize onboarding and orientation for new employees
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and employee progress
Identify skill gaps and recommend development solutions
Maintain training records and performance reports
Coordinate internal and external training sessions
Support career development and succession planning initiatives
Work with managers to align training with business goals
Track employee performance improvement after training
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards - Skills Required :
