- An HR Associate is required to support full HR operations with strong generalist experience, especially in recruitment for tech and IT roles.
Oversee recruitment and selection of staff
Manage employee onboarding and orientation
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations and workplace issues
Manage performance appraisal systems
Oversee training and staff development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration
Support organizational planning and workforce management
Handle disciplinary processes and conflict resolution
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills - Skills Required :
