* Experience supporting senior management in a fast-paced business environment.
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, technology, renewable energy, or distribution industries is highly desirable.
* SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HRCI certification is an added advantage.

Roles and Requirement:
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
* Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
* Lead performance management processes, including KPI development, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
* Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and labor law compliance.
* Identify learning and development needs while supporting leadership development initiatives.
